In diesem Jahr fand das 16. Internationale Treffen der Freunde Papua Neuguineas (PNG) mit ca. 40 Personen vom 28. bis 30. Juli 2017 im Hotel Pfeiffermühle in Wertach statt. Höhepunkt war wieder einmal ein sehr gelungenes Mumu. Danke allen, die mitgeholfen haben und dabei waren, ebenso dank an die Verantwortlichen für das Wetter, das sich von seiner besten Seite gezeigt hat. Wir hatten dieses Jahr sogar einen Teilnehmer aus West Papua. Während des Treffens hat ein TV-Produktionsteam des Kinderkanals KiKa Linda für die Serie "Weltreise Deutschland" porträtiert. The 16th Meeting of the Friends of Papua New Guinea was held with about 40 participants at Hotel Pfeiffermuehle, Wertach, Germany, from 28 to 30 July 2017. As usual, the highlight of the meeting was the preparation of a traditional Papua New Guinean dish called "mumu", cooked in the earth oven. Thanks to all participants for the helping hands who prepared the delicious meal and thanks for the perfect weather. This year we even had one participant from West Papua. The meeting was accompanied by a TV production team that portrayed children from all over the world. Here you can watch the video.
