In diesem Jahr fand das internationale Treffen der Freundes Papua Neuguineas (PNG) mit ca. 40 Personen vom 1. bis 3. Juli 2011 im Hotel Pfeiffermühle in Wertach statt. Die Teilnehmer reisten aus Deutschland, Österreich und Italien an und waren aus vier verschiedenen Nationen. Höhepunkt war wieder einmal ein sehr gelungenes Mumu. Danke allen, die mitgeholfen haben und selbst das durchwachsene Wetter hat sich nach zwischenzeitlichen Regenschauern zu einem strahlenden Finale entschieden.
The 2011 Meeting of the Friends of Papua New Guinea was held in Hotel Pfeiffermuehle, Wertach, Germany from 1 to 3 July 2011. This year about 40 nationals of four different nations residing in Germany, Germany and Italy met. As usual, the highlight of the meeting was the preparation of a traditional Papua New Guinean dish called "mumu", cooked in the earth oven. Thanks for the helping hands who prepared the delicious meal and thanks for the weather that eventually became better than predicted.
